Fantastic training for everyone who joins us

We want everyone who works here to feel fully supported at every stage of their journey with us. So, whether you join us in one of our fancy Flagship stores, in a new and improved store on the high street, or in one of our new Concession Stores within Next, you’ll be able to take advantage of our fantastic LEAP Training (you can watch our intro videos for LEAP on the left-hand side of the page).
