We encourage our people to make the most of all kinds of flexible working options, such as:

  • Working from different locations (if the role allows it)
  • Full or part-time hours
  • Job share
  • Working from home (again, if the role allows it)

Family friendly policies

We also understand that families come in lots of different shapes and sizes, so we believe in doing the right thing by offering a range of family friendly policies, including:

  • Paid maternity & adoption leave
  • Paid time out for fostering and fertility treatment
  • Enhanced paid Paternity leave  - this enables birth fathers, as well as those who become parents through adoption or surrogacy, to take up to 14 weeks of leave at full pay, and both heterosexual and same sex parents are eligible.
