We have moved away from using the term BAME to incorporate ethnicity and cultural heritage. Our REACH network supports external initiatives in line with our commitment to champion the progression of minority groups (both within our workforce and across the UK. For example, we have signed up to the Race at Work Charter, and are a proud supporter of the Black British Network. We also voluntarily disclose our Ethnicity Pay Gap alongside our Gender Pay Gap, as we recognise that accurate data is critical in helping us to understand our current position, and to make real progress on improvements.
