More time with your team - Our Family Leave Policy
Here at O2, we know that families come in all shapes and sizes, and we understand how important it is for all parents to have the opportunity to spend valuable time supporting their new arrivals. We always want everyone to have more choice… but one thing we’d never do is make our people to feel as though they have to choose between their careers and bringing up a family.
That’s why our family leave policy gives new parents the choice and flexibility to spend more time at home as their family grows. In fact, our policy moves away from the traditional two week paternity policies, and covers heterosexual and same sex couples as well as adoptive and surrogate partners.
So, all of our permanent employees, Head Office and Retail, are offered 14 weeks’ full paid paternity leave, and this builds upon our successful flexible working culture as well as giving partners the opportunity to take a greater share of caring responsibilities at home.
