The way to apply is via our online application process. You can search for a vacancy at any point via this website, from there you can go on to apply for any vacancy. Unfortunately we do not send application forms out.
For Customer Service and Retail roles we will screen your application within 24 working hours, all other roles may have a longer lead time.
Unfortunately, no. If there is a shuttle bus in your area, it usually runs from a central point such as a train station or city centre.
Once you've applied, you will initially hear from us via email once your application has been screened. You can also log back into our system to check the status of your application at any time. You can also register for job alerts and we'll contact you whenever we have new opportunities matching your requirements!
You could always try applying via accessing a public computer, perhaps at your local library or internet cafe. If you are really struggling then for Customer Service and Retail roles you can call the Recruitment Team on 0800 032 1002 (Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm) and book a date/time to go through a full application over the phone.
Yes. Our training is tailored to your role and provides everything you need to hit the ground running. For more information on training in specific departments see their sections of this site.
You have to enter a competition to get tickets and, obviously, not everyone can win. But we usually have competitions each month or so and lots of people have won something.

Yes. We often look to recruit people to join our part-time evening and weekend teams.
If you have a friend that works at O2, ask them to send you an It Pays to Have Friends E-Card, containing your Job Reference number (it will begin IRC) and their Employee Number (EIN). You can then apply online at www.o2.co.uk/careers and quote your friend's name and EIN number on your application.
