Bright. Spacious. Comfortable. Our Leeds Contact Centre isn’t just about Customer Service. It’s home to plenty of other roles too. An open plan space where everyone says hello, it all adds up to a warm, friendly atmosphere. With all sorts of facilities to go with it. After all, life at O2 will always be that extra bit special.

The people

If you’re an experienced Contact Centre professional, no-one will value your skills more. It’s all about connecting customers with the people and things that matter to them. If that sounds like your kind of thing, you’ll fit right in. On the other hand, if your talents lie in a different field, we have a wide range of other professionals too.

Why it's great

In typical O2 style, our Leeds Contact Centre has lots going on. Start your day with a free shuttle bus to work, which picks up from various places in town. Then maybe a trip to the on-site gym. There are breakout areas too. Where you can enjoy internet access. X-boxes, pool and football tables. Prefer something more chilled out? How about a subsidised coffee brewed by Starbucks? The restaurant is subsidised too. So mealtimes shouldn’t cost the earth. Then, with some change in your pocket, you can pop across the road to the White Rose Shopping Centre.

What’s more, if your faith is important to you, you can also use our on-site prayer room.

Leeds Quick Guide

Opening times:
24/7 – although the majority of our roles are between 8am and 11pm

Travel information:
The Leeds Shuttle Bus Service runs between 6.40am and 11.37pm Monday to Friday

There is no service available during the weekend, however, regular public bus services run between the White Rose Shopping Centre (adjacent to Arlington Business Centre), Leeds Train and Central Bus Stations.

Also, during the weekend, there are no restrictions on the car parking facilities at the Arlington Business Centre.
