The place

Our Bury Contact Centre is a bit special. It’s a friendly, comfortable place. With a team that really knows how to look after people. Home to a large Customer Service team, there are also lots of support functions on site too.

The people

Here in Bury, our people come from all walks of life. With all sorts of different skills, and different levels of experience. The training’s just as varied too. So everyone gets to grow their skills and develop their career.

Why it's great

It’s an open, down-to-earth atmosphere. If you're new to contact centres, you’ll soon learn the ropes. And even if you don’t work in Customer Service, you’ll still fit right in. Everything here is set up to make you feel at home. We've got free car parking. Free tea and coffee. A subsidised restaurant. A quiet chill-out area. And a prayer room.

It’s all designed to give you a big welcome. There are even break-out areas with internet access and games consoles. Always good when you need a time out.

Saturday – Sunday, 8am until 8pm

Key shifts:
Full time: 37.5 hrs

Part time (eves and weekends): Minimum 21 hrs
