    Our childcare voucher scheme means you can make tax and National Insurance savings on the first £243 per month that you spend on childcare. That’s up to £1195 a year, or even more if both parents sign up for the scheme.

    Imagine getting a 9% discount at John Lewis, or 6.5% off M&S food. With vouchers from leading supermarkets, clothing outlets and leisure sites, you’ll always be sure of a real bargain. You can stick to one shop, or mix and match a few. Whatever takes your fancy.

  • Learning Fund

    Need help rustling up the perfect dinner? Fancy yourself as a golfer but need help with your swing? Whatever you’re looking to brush up on, our Learning Fund could be just the thing. Make a monthly payment into you Fund and we'll top it up by 50%.

  • Bikes

    Experience the freedom of a bike, knowing you're doing your bit for the environment. Your health. And even better, your bank balance. As a tax and NI free benefit, it’s well worth a spin.

  • Holidays

    Do you always run out of holidays each year? Or end up taking days off just for the sake of it? However you’re fixed, you can buy or sell up to 5 days holiday a year.

  • Carbon Offsetting

    The Pure Trust invests in carbon neutral projects. If you'd like to do your bit for the environment, you can give part of your salary to Pure, saving tax and NI while you’re at it. The minimum contribution is £10 a month. But just think of the difference it could make to the planet.

  • Health Cash Plan

    Staying in tip-top shape can set you back a few bob. So it pays to have money set aside. Our Health Cash Plan helps you claim back the cost of expenses, NI free.

  • Eyecare cover

    You can buy extra cover to help with costs of glasses and contact lenses. It’s also available for your partner and children.

Finance and protection

  • O2 Pension

    This is a real award winner. And it's open to everyone in O2. You can contribute as much as you like and we'll match up to 10% of your salary. We also offer a Shariah pension scheme which is managed by HSBC Amanah, the leading provider of Islamic banking worldwide.

  • Critical illness insurance

    Critical illness is one of our worst fears. And the last thing any of us want to have to consider. But if you or your partner dalls seriously ill and can’t work, our Critical Illness Insurance gives you a tax-free cash sum to spend how you want.

  • Travel insurance

    If anything goes wrong on holiday, it can feel like a total disaster. Having the right travel insurance in place can make all the difference. So we’ll give you cover at a very competitive rate.
