Pensions

Our double award-winning pension scheme enables you to contribute as much as you like and we'll match up to 10% of your salary.

Life Assurance

Our Life Assurance scheme at 2 x base salary (or 3 times if you take part in the pension plan) provides extra security for your loved ones. A sense of security
And talking of extra security, benefits are an important part of making sure we support you through changing circumstances. We like to think we go the extra mile, by offering things like free life assurance, enhanced maternity pay and paternity and adoption leave. We also offer private medical cover.

When our employees talk to customers about our products, they've got to know them inside out. The best way to learn is to use them. So as well as the hands on training you’ll receive, you and your friends are entitled to discounts on O2 products and services. We've also negotiated special deals on a wide range of other benefits, like cinema tickets, travel insurance and weekends away. Many of the benefits are available as part of our flexible benefits scheme, so you can choose the ones that suit you best.

Sales incentive scheme
