OTE £50k - £59k (uncapped commission) plus benefits

There’s a real art to identifying and bringing in new business from an SME sales territory. It’s all about developing a sales pipeline to meet targets and devising a sales strategy that generates sales opportunities through a range of activities – everything from cold calling to marketing events. You'll need real self-motivation, tenacity and the ability to manage your own workload. But in return, you’ll be rewarded in typical O2 style.
You'll need to be comfortable (and good at) generating your own appointments, using well-honed planning and presenting skills. Proven territory and database management knowledge will come in handy too, as will field sales experience, and a full clean driving licence. If you’re willing to work flexible hours too, you’re bound to go far.
