Your remit here, then, will be to develop just that. You'll review performance, coach individuals and recruit new, high-calibre team members. It's about building a fast understanding of business propositions and communicating them clearly to your team. And, as a source of expertise, you will be empowered to own and resolve any team issues.

We're looking for proven management capability in a sales environment including the ability to articulate goals, influence others and manage remotely. Credible and confident, you'll be able to lead by example to instil high quality, needs based sales techniques into your team. What's more, you'll have an understanding of pipeline management and forecasting.
