Sales Advisors receive 23 days and Managers receive 24 days' holiday per year. Holidays also increase with length of service. We also ensure that every individual has access to ongoing training and career development opportunities.
Now for the really good stuff. Everyone qualifies for a performance-related bonus. Sales Advisors can earn up to 25 percent of salary and Managers 20 percent. Yes, we did say 25 percent.

If you're a Sales Advisor and you work Sunday as part of your normal working week, we'll give you an extra £50. You will also be eligible for the O2 Spirit reward scheme. This is a tax-free reward-based voucher scheme, linked into how many phones you sell. You gain points, turn those points into vouchers and use them at high street retailers. You can save them up too, if you want to put them towards something substantial like a holiday or new kitchen.
Finally, we also give out prizes to our best performing stores and our best performing individuals. Recently, winners have enjoyed five-star holidays to Las Vegas, Dubai, Cape Town and Hong Kong, as well as making the most of lots of smaller prizes up for grabs, like city breaks, concert tickets and free handsets.
