O2 Guru

Keeping up to speed with all the latest gadgets and gizmos can be a bit of a headache for many people. Not people like you, obviously. You love nothing more than playing around with a new bit of kit.

But, for lots of our customers, there’s nothing more frustrating than getting all excited about purchasing a new handset, XDA or broadband service, only to find, once they get it home (or set up), that they don’t know what to do with it (or what it can do).
And that’s why people like you are so important to our business – and our customers.

Our O2 Gurus are truly the next generation of in-store customer service advisor. Using their expertise and passion for technology to convert even the most technically challenged, it’s all about finding the right solutions for our customers’ needs, whatever they might be.

Not that everyone you’ll be helping will be a technophobe. There will be times when you’ll be working with a customer who’s a real techie too. Making the right match with your customer takes practice – you don’t want to be patronising anyone or talking over their heads. But that’s what makes the job so interesting and keeps you on your toes!

You’ll also get involved in training others in your team – identifying their needs and designing and delivering training that keeps everyone in the picture. And, as our products and services are always evolving, we’ll give you the time and training to keep your knowledge up to date.
