The selection process for a role depends upon the skills and experience required for the role. In some cases you may be required to attend an assessment centre, where you’ll be asked to complete some exercises relating to the role you’re applying for. In other cases, you may have several interviews with your potential manager and your potential stakeholders elsewhere within the organisation. As part of this you may be asked to complete some research, a case study or give a presentation. You’ll be fully informed about what’s needed before each stage of the selection process.
