The people

Our Customer Service team recruits people with enthusiasm, personality and potential, from all walks of life. You don't necessarily need experience. When we find people who enjoy providing fantastic customer experiences, we make they know how valued they are. The training here is great, so everyone has opportunities to fulfil their potential, grow their skills and develop their career.

Even if you've never worked in a contact centre before, you’ll soon learn the ropes. Everything here is set up to make you feel at home straightaway. We've got free car parking, free tea and coffee, a subsidised restaurant, a quiet chill-out area and a prayer room.

It’s all designed to make sure you get the warmest of welcomes. There are also break-out areas with internet access and games consoles – so you can relax away from your desk.
