The Programme

We have designed our Finance Graduate Programme to give you a wide variety of experience.
Your role will be rotated every six to nine months over a three-year period, allowing you to
build up a good network of contacts and a broad knowledge of Finance and the wider business.

The Programme will provide experience in the core Finance areas of Financial Accounting,
Management Accounting, Financial Analysis and Planning and Business Strategy. In line with
the CIMA study programme, it’ll help develop your skills and knowledge in a very practical way.
We’ll help you gain your CIMA qualification by giving you a great study package too.
This includes three study days per subject and the day of the exam as time off.
On top of that we’ll pay your examination fees, study fees and ongoing CIMA membership fees.
The only thing we can’t do is take the exams for you!

Our Graduates will receive a starting salary of £26,000, and can expect significant future salary
progression based on individual performance as well as successful progression through their
CIMA studies. Other benefits include a Bonus Scheme, Healthcare and a Company Pension scheme,
