About You

So what kind of person are we looking for?

A head for figures is a good starting point, but being able to analyse and interpret complex
sets of data - making connections, spotting trends and patterns and making sense of what
you see - is really important.

In fact, we find our finance people aren’t just interested in figures – they’re interested in
everything around them. They want to know what’s going on in our business. They want
to understand the bigger picture. They challenge the status quo and always want to learn
something new.

And, by bringing all that insight to their work, they’re able to see what needs to be done,
helping to keep our plans on track. It’s all about focus, taking control of situations
(even when under pressure), and working together to get the best possible results.

There is no one type of person we’re looking for. But what all our graduates will have
in common is plenty of initiative, ambition and the ability and drive to get things done, on time
and to a high standard. You will also have gained or expect to gain a minimum of a 2:1 degree or equivalent.
Most importantly, our graduates will have the desire to stretch themselves – and the confidence to shine.
