Health and Wellbeing

At O2 we pride ourselves on looking after our people. We want to give our people a working environment that’s positive, life-enriching and supportive, and our health and wellbeing programme plays a vital role in helping us achieve this.

Since health and wellbeing means different things to each of us, we’ve developed a range of initiatives and activities for you to choose from.

vielife

vielife is our online health and wellbeing portal that helps you to manage your sleep, nutrition, stress and physical activity. You can also receive your own health and wellbeing assessment and access articles of interest and regular email updates.

Smoke Free Working

If you want to quit smoking, we want to help. smokefreeworking provides daily guidance and motivational support, access to local NHS services and suggestions on ways to cope with withdrawal from nicotine addiction and developing positive ways of living without tobacco.

Fitbug

Fitbug is your personal online health and wellbeing coach which uses the bug - a unique interactive pedometer - that measures how many steps you take each day. It then connects to a website via your home PC which records your data and provides you with a weekly personal health and nutrition plan - and all the feedback, advice and motivation you'll ever need.

O2 Confidential

O2 Confidential enables us to support the wellbeing of our people in a practical way by providing a range of services to help you deal with worrying or difficult personal issues, including professional counselling.
