We've got targets to meet, but we're more focused on providing high quality, world-class customer service than simply making sure we answer a certain number of calls each day. You have lots of opportunities to get away from your desk and away from the phones too, so you should never feel as though we're placing unreasonable demands on you.
We have a variety of shift patterns to suit most working patterns; however like all good service providers it's important that we're available when our customers need us. That means a lot of our shifts include a combination of evenings or weekends.
Unfortunately, no. If there is a shuttle bus in your area, it usually runs from a central point such as a train station or city centre.
You will need to learn about our products and services, without a doubt. After all, that's what our customers are calling to ask you about. However, you'll get a fantastic induction programme and lots of ongoing advice and support. And you won't deal with live calls until you are absolutely confident, ready and able.
We all work really hard to make sure our customers have a great experience, and to do this a great team environment is essential. You'll have lots of opportunities to work closely with your team and your manager in, for example, training and one to one sessions.
We're only human and we all make mistakes every now and again. We will make sure you've got the training you need to avoid making that mistake again. If you still need time to regain your confidence, your Team Managers can listen in on calls, help you out and step in with difficult queries.
If you've got energy, enthusiasm and you're eager to learn, that could be enough. People come here from all different backgrounds, so we adapt our training to make sure everyone gets the support they need.
