The place

Fresh, spacious and comfortable – that’s our Leeds Contact Centre. There’s an open plan environment and every opportunity to get to know the fantastic people who are already there. They’ll give you a warm welcome and plenty of support and with all the space available, we’ve been able to fit in all sorts of facilities to make sure that the environment here is something really special.

The place

We welcome experienced Contact Centre professionals who want to work in an environment where their skills and expertise is really valued. Our aim is to give every customer a memorable O2 experience - if you can help us do that, you'll fit right in.

Why it's great

Like all our Contact Centres, Leeds has plenty to offer. You can start your day with a free shuttle bus to work and then maybe a trip to the on-site gym. There are breakout areas too, where you can enjoy internet access, x-boxes, pool and football tables. If you prefer something more chilled out, how about a subsidised coffee brewed by Starbucks? The restaurant is subsidised too, so mealtimes shouldn’t be too expensive. Then, with the money you save, you might want to pop across the road to the White Rose Shopping Centre, after your shift. But if time’s too precious, how about getting a helping hand from our O2 Concierge Service?

Leeds Quick Guide

Opening times:
24/7 – although the majority of our roles are between 8am and 9pm

Monday - Friday, 8am - 9pm

Saturday - 8am - 8pm

Sunday - 8am - 6pm

Key shifts:
Various shifts available between 8am and 9pm (including four day shifts)

Travel information:
The Leeds Shuttle Bus Service runs between 6.40am and 11.37pm Monday to Friday

There is no service available during the weekend, however, regular public bus services run between the White Rose Shopping Centre (adjacent to Arlington Business Centre), Leeds Train and Central Bus Stations.

Also, during the weekend, there are no restrictions on the car parking facilities at the Arlington Business Centre.
