The place

Glasgow Skypark has grown up fast. It’s helped establish our reputation for world-class customer service. But while it’s a contact centre first and foremost, there are plenty of other specialist roles here.

The people

Our people come from all walks of life. After all, we do a range of different jobs here. And we have different teams for different products or services. What’s more, the training there covers anything and everything. So there’s always a chance to develop your skills.

For some of the roles, you need certain experience and skills. But if you’re good with people. And have bags of personality. We’ve got plenty of other jobs to choose from. Better still, with so many different roles, once you start learning, there are lots of opportunities to develop.

Why it's great

We've got a coffee shop. An internet cafe with Xbox pods. Break out areas. Pool tables. Table football. An O2 retail shop. And a fully subsidised restaurant. We've also got some hi-tech training suites. Even a study area, so you can keep developing your career.

Above all, Skypark is special because we know how to have a good time. There’s always a social event worth talking about. And because it’s O2, there are lots of competitions to win tickets to gigs and big sporting events. It all makes life that bit more exciting, whether you work in Customer Service, or in another part of the O2 business.

Opening times:
Monday – Friday, 8am until 9pm

Saturday – 8am until 8pm

Sunday - 8am until 6pm
(some Broadband shifts run later into the evening)

Key shifts:
Various shifts available:
Full time – 37.5hrs
Part time – (eves and weekends) Minimum 16hrs
