Looking to swap your college or uni books for the working world? O2 could be just for you. As an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor, you’ll pick up lots of real world skills and a full salary too. It’s a warm, welcoming place where you’ll enjoy plenty of hands-on experience.

Listening to what our customers want, you’ll make their time with O2 all the more special, offering simple, honest advice about our products and services. It can be tricky at times - dealing with anything people can throw at you. But it’s fast, challenging and fun.

Training towards a Contact Centre level 2 NVQ, you’ll learn everything you need to know about brilliant customer service. It’s a great way to get ahead of future graduates. And in the meantime, we’ll treat you to lots of flexible benefits, where you get to choose the ones that are right for you.

If you can boast 3 GCSE’s or equivalent, including English, we’ll help you become all you can be. Most of all, we’re looking for people with a sparkling personality and bags of enthusiasm when it comes to learning new things. Of course, it wouldn’t be O2 without the friendly atmosphere, so you’ll also love nothing more than being part of our team.
