But, who’s behind such a complex operation? Consumer Sales.A big team, made up of around 3,200 people.

Consumer Sales are there to give customers the best experience. Whichever way that suits them the most. So we’ve been looking at the way we work. Checking our stores are the right size and in the right place. Offering people an even better online service. And providing a more personal experience. By changing our business, customers can choose from a wide range of connected products and services. It’s a major transformation. So we’re always looking for big thinking and fresh talent.    

Skills for the future

Really good customer service has always been the thing at O2. It’s part of our philosophy, and the secret to our success. Of course, it counts more in Consumer Sales than almost anywhere else. After all, it’s where we connect directly with our customers. And in such a diverse, fast-moving team, we’re looking for all sorts of other talents too.  

Behind the scenes, our Training teams get everyone up to speed. Strategy decides what our future holds. Channel Marketing work out the best ways to reach customers. While the job of Learning & Development is to help people build up their skills. Online is also a huge part of Consumer Sales, so we’re welcoming anyone who can make the most out of the web.
