If you love playing around with new bits of kit, we’ll put you in touch with all the latest gadgets. So you can help people connect with the things they love.

For lots of our customers, there’s nothing worse than getting all excited about taking home a new gizmo. Only to find they don’t know what to do with it. Or, even, what it can do.

That’s where you’ll come in. As an O2 Guru, you’ll be the next generation of in-store customer service advisor. Using all your know-how to convert even the most technically challenged.

Not that everyone you’ll be helping will be a technophobe. There’ll be times when you’ll be working with a customer who’s a real techie too.

It’s all about speaking the same language as your customers. After all, you don’t want to be patronising anyone. Or talking over their heads. But then that’s what makes the job so interesting.

You’ll also get involved in training others in your team. Finding out what they need and keeping them in the picture. And because our products and services are always evolving, you’ll have all the time and training you need to stay one step ahead. We’ll even give you your own laptop.
