The Lab has been set up to drive innovation across the O2 market place as we grow our portfolio of customer-focused products and services on our way to O2 Ville. The Lab will act as the landing space for projects in the six verticals and innovate in key areas for The Lab sponsors.
The Lab will be a source of new ideas; Ideas that come from within the team, but also from across the business. The Lab is all about innovation. There’s a whole host of things we’re working on with a really broad remit, which range from looking at how we use location data in different ways to enrich our customers’ lives and also help us to develop new products and services.
We will take new products and services from concept to execution, we will demonstrate new technologies in the O2 context, explaining how it could work in the business and the value that could be created.
