Supply Chain is Customer experience, Innovation & Collaboration. We are here to help enhance the end to end O2 customer experience by working with our suppliers and logistics service providers to deliver a great product order and delivery services, world class levels of product availability and the best in-life device experience we can.

Of equal importance is managing our stock in the most efficient and agile way.

To achieve all of this we need to be fully integrated with the business and our suppliers, motivating our suppliers to feel part of Telefónica and bringing them along on our ongoing transformation journey. We also collaborate with our Telefónica group colleagues, learning from one-another and sharing supply chain best practice.

We are passionate about meeting people from across the business to find new ways in delighting our customers, understanding and challenging our costs and developing our people into leaders.

Our people are based in Leeds, Preston Brook and Slough.
