We have four parts to our Property team.
We manage all our building facilities, including our power, heating, lighting and security, catering, cleaning and waste recycling. Our Space Management Team organises desk moves, and arranges Home Worker furniture. We do everything we can to make sure our buildings are safe and environmentally friendly.
We carry out large projects such as office space refurbishments, extending car parks, store refits and new TelePresence suites. We also work with colleagues across the business to assess and develop longer term property requirements to meet the future demands of the business.
We deliver O2's Energy, Carbon & Environmental Strategy, for fuel, water, waste and transport, and identify and champion energy efficiencies and carbon reduction commitments, fully supporting O2's company wide sustainability agenda and the 'Think Big' programme.
We look after the buying and selling of all buildings, lease renewals, rent reviews and valuations. We also manage the payment of rent, rates and service charges, and deal with any landlord disputes.
