HR Operations

HR Operations provides an in-country, professional level of HR expertise and judgement, delivering a service to HR Business Partners, CoEs and line managers Our focus is upon building a better business and our team plays their part in key areas such as delivering a great people experience through transformation, developing policies to make life easier for everyone. We also project manage cyclical HR activites to support our leaders and find great people to join our business. Our team are HR professionals and act internal experts , working alongside Centres of Excellence, and our European People Service Centre to deliver a broad range of HR services.

We provide specialist HR advice, planning and provide clarity on policy issues. In addition we're responsible for the seamless implementation and management of HR processes and products. By working in partnership with the rest of the business, HR Operations helps to deliver a consistently great employee experience.
