Reporting to the Head of Learning & Talent Development, the role holder will be responsible for ensuring quality and innovative development solutions are delivered to a high standard and consistently within their segment. This role will maintain good relationships with operational stakeholders to identify and respond to business changes through a consultancy led approach, including delivery of the full learning cycle including TNA, design, delivery and evaluation.
