O2 Money is a brand new part of our business. Because it’s so new, it feels like a start-up – with a small but passionate team, fresh ideas, rapid progress and constant innovation. Although our current product range isn’t huge, that’s soon set to change. We have big plans, a big customer base to tap into, a big brand name and a big parent company to support us. With all this potential, you can imagine how exciting it is to be here right now. Our people are building a business and watching it develop – taking O2 Money forward into uncharted territory. And best of all, customers will be at the heart of the action. Just as they are in every O2 business.
We know where we’re heading and how to get there. Now all we need are people to help us. Our current team is experienced and enthusiastic – but still small. So we’re keen to bring in new faces who know the financial services area well. Although we want people who are comfortable with technology, it’s not about having mobile knowledge. We’ve got plenty of that already. What we’re really looking for are product managers, operations managers, financial services professionals. People who’ll be as excited as we are about building something new.
We’ll look to you to develop a range of innovative NFC products. You’ll also evolve them, making sure they continue to deliver value to us, and to our customers. From assessing market size and leading proposition planning to liaising with Consumer P&L and helping develop marketing strategy, you’ll have a huge impact. Not least because you’ll make sure that all the products you develop are driven by customer insight.
