We promise that if you work hard, we'll work harder: to support you, to develop you, to reward you. We work harder to celebrate success, so you see it in your pay packet, your prospects or in prizes for performance. We work harder to make sure people enjoy it here, from pool tables and PlayStations in break out areas to Club O2, our social network.
And we work harder to say thanks for a job well done more often, in more different ways, so you know for sure that your contribution makes a difference.

However, you'll get a fantastic induction programme and lots of ongoing advice and support. And you won't deal with live calls until you are absolutely confident, ready and able.
All employees (even those who don’t work within Broadband) can get a package which includes £5 per month unlimited Broadband (provided you have a BT line and live in an eligible area).
