Pensions

With our double award-winning pension scheme, you can contribute as much as you like and we’ll match up to 10% of your salary (there is also a special fund available to Muslims so everyone can take part).

Life Assurance

We also offer Life Assurance which is two times your base salary (or three times if you take part in the pension plan along with a pension for your dependent).

Holidays

Every Customer Service Advisor receives 23 days’ holiday – with Team Managers getting 25 days – plus, of course, Bank Holidays.

Bonuses, discounts & perks

Now for the really good stuff. All our people can earn a bonus of up to 10 percent of salary. You also get significant discounts on products and line rental, as well as opportunities to offer discounts to some friends and family. If you work Sundays you'll benefit from a higher hourly rate to show we appreciate it.

Then there are the perks and extra incentives. You can claim discounts on a wide range of goods from cinema tickets to i-pods and weekends away - just because you work for O2. And, of course, discounts on Broadband too – after all, if you’re selling or servicing our products, you should be able to enjoy them too. You can also gain O2 Outstanding points, which you can exchange for vouchers and money off goods. It all makes a difference.

Making life easier

Finally, we also try to ensure that you have the right work-life balance. We offer a ‘concierge service’ which is free and which can help you find everything from cleaners to tickets for the opera. It means you can organise your life outside work while you are in work, so you can make the most of your spare time.
