We want our customers to explore the potential of Broadband. So it’s important that our technical support and expertise goes beyond installation. You will give customers support during the setting-up of Broadband and throughout their contract with us. It means analysing and resolving complex and technical faults, and also training our Technical Advisors, so it’s important you can coach people, take responsibility for resolving queries and explore ways to eliminate repeat faults.

Coming from the communications/IT sector, you will already have good technical skills: sound broadband and ADSL knowledge; a clear understanding of IP technology; and experience of Windows operating systems, wireless network set-ups and fault diagnosis. Ideally, you will also know about VoiP, antivirus applications, line testing equipment and 3rd party relationships, supported by formal Microsoft qualifications. Most full-time shifts work on a six week rotational basis. We also have some fixed night shifts. Part-time shifts cover evenings and weekends.
