I started with the company in 1998 and thought I would stay until after Christmas, however I quickly realised that this was the type of company I had always wanted to be part of. I started as a part time Sales Advisor and worked my way up to Assistant Branch Manager and then to Branch Manager, this has been achieved due to the ongoing training and development opportunities which have been given throughout this time. One thing which I love is the way that the company will listen to feedback from all levels and will always welcome ideas which people give. O2 are very passionate about their people and reward and recondition is a high priority. It is all about team work and its the best team to be part of.
