I joined O2 in Jan 2007 as a temp in the planning team, this was only going to be a stop gap job for me and here I am 3 years later as a permanent member of staff working in recruitment!
I have been at O2 for nearly 3 years and even now I am learning new things in my role. My role is to conduct telephone interviews for candidates applying for Retail Sales Adviser roles, Guru roles, Assistant Branch Manager roles and Telesales roles.
At O2, we are always encouraged to develop ourselves and skills and I am currently working alongside the recruitment specialist for management information learning how to analyse and process information. This is all new to me and something I would never have thought I would be involved in. I get fantastic support from my manager and the specialist and am developing my new skills fast. O2 has helped me to learn and push myself outside of my comfort zone to try new things and this has made me a more confident person overall.
