O2 exceeded my expectations!!

O2 has far exceeded the expectations I had when I joined over 9 years ago,

 O2 was a complete career change for me and I was embraced into the family. Across the departments I have regular contact with I see a very strong work ethic that’s committed to delivering the very best for our customers. From management I see a culture of recognition, where hard work is valued and strong investments are made in people.

For example when we struggled to get into work because of the snow we were given warm drinks, pizza and entered into a draw for an IPhone as a thank you for the effort. This is just one of the many ways we are thanked for the hard work we do. We have access to tickets for the O2, the corporate box at MEN Manchester and have a festive party every Christmas. O2 is a complex, global business and I believe that they value their employees as their most important asset.

I have been constantly challenged since joining O2 whilst simultaneously gaining personal development through a range of opportunities. I enjoy working in a happy, stable environment with diverse people and have made good friends along the way.  I would describe the culture here as collaborative and I value the feeling that I belong to a huge friendly hardworking family.

 I’m proud to work for O2 and think that we offer great career opportunities. If your looking to work for O2 I would highly recommend the company but please do not be mistaken that this an easy job. It is hard and the environment is constantly changing so you need to change with it. The plus side is we are rewarded well and respected for the work we do, this is reflected in the excellent pay package, perks and reward schemes.
