Working in the HR team has become quite an adventure, in July this year myself and my team decided to take part in a team building activity… it eventually became more than that and we all decided to climb Snowdon for cancer research!

It might not sound too hard but let me tell you this was the most challenging day of my whole entire life! The wind and rain on that day made other climbers give up…but we kept going!

During the climb it was touch and go, we had an instance of cramp and one of my colleagues was blown over the edge! Luckily we had a guide who managed to rescue them by pulling them up by their rucksack!

Well I guess the end result is a great one, we were sponsored by friends and colleagues and with O2 being such a great company we received an extra £1500 in their can do matching scheme! Thanks to O2 about £4000 is winging its way to cancer research!
