So far I have seen some new changes in products at o2. Like the O2 Joggler which has just recently been released. I have been demonstarting the device to customers by showing them what the device can do and how this will be a benefit to their lives within their family. I have also met some manufacturer reps from Windows Mobile, LG and Sony Ericsson this month. We have arranged mini incentives for the sales advisor, in which they can win big prizes from a free PS3 to Vouchers. This is something we negotiate with the reps as we try to develop a good strong relationship with them because they are the people I refer to whenever I do not have the answer to a certain query or issue that a customer may have. As a Guru there will be times when you simple do not the answer so having the reps is great additional tool.
As I was saying some new devices have come out this month. Something I was excited about seeing in our new Mobile Broadband USB sticks. The new device can get high internet of up to 7.2 Mbps ( depending on coverage). So as a store we are really spreading that message to our customers.
