Having worked for O2 for 10 years and being part of the interview process, here are some great tips on how to prepare yourself for an interview:

• Research the company - This shows you have been proactive and are interested in the companies success.
• Research the vacancy you have applied for - This shows you have a passion and an interest for the role you are applying for.
• Research yourself - Is this role for you?  Can you demonstate you will be a good addition to the company, do you have sufficient experience and great examples of your success?
• Research interview behaviours - If your nervous about interviews there are plenty of great books available to help brush up on your skills - the most important thing though is to feel relaxed and know what you want to say.
