Great career opporunities
I have been working for O2 for 11 and a half years now. I started as a sales advisor and have climbed the ranks to Senior Manager and recently had an opportunity for a secondment as an Area Manager thanks to O2’s outstanding training, development and support programme.
I have worked in 8 stores across the area which has given me a great insight into retail and how stores work and has also helped me to overcome those ’stale’ periods that everyone gets once in a while where you contemplate the grass being greener etc.
