Preparing for your face to face interview - Hints & Tips!
Back in April I posted a blog about preparing for a telephone interview with some hints & tips on there. It has been really popular and people are starting to ask now about the face to face part of the interview process. I thought I would post another blog about this and hopefully it will help to answer some of your questions!
Whether you join us in Customer Services or Retail, you will always have a face to face interview of some sort before we can make a decision on whether to offer you a position with O2. At this stage of the interview process we are trying to find out what motivates you and not only if you are the right fit for O2, but is a role in O2 the right career choice for you?
The face to face interview will normally be yourself and one, possibly 2 interviewers in the room and can last up to an hour depending on what role you have applied for within Customer Service or Retail. We will ask you a number of questions that are designed to encourage you to talk to us about actual experiences you have had whether they have been in your work/personal life. We want you to feel relaxed throughout the process and will always give you some time if you need to come back to a question at a later stage. I would always advise people to take their time and just remember to talk openly and honestly to us when answering questions.
Hopefully this will give you an idea of what to expect and if you are booked in to attend one of our onsite Discover O2 events then good luck!
