Here's something to shout about..

Being one of the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For is something we’re really proud of. So being on the list for three years running is something really special. It’s an award based on what people think of your organisation. Not those on the outside. But the people doing the hard work. Day in. Day out.

So when we win a special award like ‘Best for Wellbeing’, it really means something.

Every year, our people are asked questions about 8 different areas, everything from Personal Growth, Fair Deal to Giving Something Back. And here’s what some of them had to say.

Personal growth: "Since joining O2 my career has gone from strength to strength. I have been given secondment opportunities to support my development and was recently promoted to open a new store. If you want a rewarding career, then O2 is the place for it."

Fair deal: This is one of the things that puts O2 head and shoulders above other companies, particularly in questions like "I am happy with the pay and benefits I receive in this job" and "I am paid fairly for the work I do relative to people in similar positions in similar companies.
