Every year, our people are asked questions about 8 different areas, everything from Personal Growth, Fair Deal to Giving Something Back. And here’s what some of them had to say.
Personal growth: "Since joining O2 my career has gone from strength to strength. I have been given secondment opportunities to support my development and was recently promoted to open a new store. If you want a rewarding career, then O2 is the place for it."
Fair deal: This is one of the things that puts O2 head and shoulders above other companies, particularly in questions like "I am happy with the pay and benefits I receive in this job" and "I am paid fairly for the work I do relative to people in similar positions in similar companies.
